The year 10 and 11 Highlands Food groups were lucky to have Simon Gray over from the UK this week to pass on his expertise through a practical workshop.
Simon is from the Fish in Schools Hero Programme, and he taught our students how to make a crab linguine, how to prepare and serve oysters and scallops then finally he showed the group how to fillet and prepare a fish before cooking a tasty dish.
