Top Chocolatier and Patissier Glenn Noel of Ganache at Castle Quay, shared his expertise with some Year 9 and 10 students at Grainville School today. Glenn gave an overview of his career to date to illustrate the endless opportunities to be had in the Food Industry and then demonstrated how to make Chouquettes prior to students making and baking them. Fun was had by all with some amazing end products. What a wonderful experience. Check out Ganache’s delicious products at the Christmas Markets in Royal Square.
