Round 2: Another fabulous ‘Fish in Schools Hero Program’ with Simon Gray, from the Food Teachers Centre, was delivered to our Year 11 Culinary Skills students. Students excelled themselves filleting and skinning Whiting, making paupiettesand accompaniments beforeplating up a delicious meal. Shucking scallops and eating oysters were other delights experienced. An amazing opportunity enjoyed by all. Thanks again Simon.
