Grainville School Governors, staff and students are all truly saddened by the loss of the wonderful Sadie le Sueur Rennard, who died suddenly on Friday 8th April 2022. As the Parish Connétable, Sadie was invited to join our Governing Body in 2018 and, as with all her other roles, she fulfilled this with same dedication, passion and tenacity. Sadie was fiercely passionate about her Parish, and she was a fabulous advocate for Grainville School and our students. Sadie was a regular guest at the school’s annual Valentine’s Day meal for the senior citizens of the Parish. Future events will miss that added sparkle Sadie brought with her rendition of ‘Beautiful Jersey’. Our thoughts are with all of Sadie’s family and friends at this time of sadness and loss.
