It is very important that as a school we find out the views of students, parents, staff and school governors. We aim to be the best school that we can be and to improve further we need the honest views of all stakeholders. To do this we actively seek feedback on how we are doing and publish an annual School Progress Booklet to highlight success and area we aim to improve further
To find out what people think about what we do and how well we are doing, we ask questions.
- We complete staff surveys through the Governing Body and biannual Kirkland Rowell Survey.
- We survey students constantly across the curriculum but also through student voice meetings and the school council. We also complete the PASS Attitudinal survey to find out how each student views themselves as learners, as well as the biannual Kirkland Rowell Survey.
- We survey parents at each parents consultation evening and through the biannual Kirkland Rowell Survey.
