School to Support Jersey "Mind" in our Spring Charity Day

Grainville is proud to support Jersey 'Mind' and our on-going partnership with this important local charity.
Year 8 students have planned our spring term charity day (27th January) to raise awareness and funds for the Mental Health Charity 'Mind'. Students will pay a small contribution for the privilege of wearing non - uniform along with selling cakes and getting involved in other fund raising activities. 'Mind' promotes good mental health for all, and treats people with experience of mental distress positively and with respect. Valentines Meal
Monday 16th January 2012
Grainville Year 11 students and staff will continue a 32 year tradition by welcoming senior citizens from around the Island to our valentine’s meal on Thursday 9th February. With the support of staff, Year 11 will provide food and entertainment for 100 people.
ACF Platoon Offically Inducted

Army Cadets Grainville Platoon ( ACF) : Our ACF Platoon will be offically inducted in the presence of General Sir John McColl KCB, CBE, DSO, Lieutenant-Governor on 12th January 2012.
