An essay on the Schlieffen Plan
A range of activities on Trench Life depending on class ability

 Spring During this term students will study:

Europe between the Wars
The Events of World War Two

Main assessments will be:

An assessment of the causes of WW2
A mini-project on an individual battle or event and its impact on the war

 Summer During this term students will study:

Britain at War
The Holocaust

Main assessments will be:

A project on aspects of the Blitz, Evacuation, Home Front or Occupation
An analysis of the importance of remembering the Holocaust
