| Autumn | - 'Controlled Assessment' on Britain at War. This involves answering two essay based questions using source information, about weapons and warfare from World War One and Two, provided by the school and exam board under exam conditions.

| Spring | - The USA and Vietnam 1964-1975, looking at the tactics used by both sides in the conflict, the media coverage in America and, why ultimately the USA lost the war.

| Summer | - Revision for the final exam
