Year 10

Subject: French, Italian and Spanish

During this term students will study relationships, family and friends. In addition they will be able to exchange information regarding future plans including marriage/partnership. In additions students will exchange information on Free time activities and the area that they live in.

The main assessment task will be the first Speaking assignment which is worth 15% of the students’ final GCSE grade.

During this term students will study special occasions and discuss holiday plans, preferences and experiences.

The main assessment task will be a written assignment about holidays which is worth 15% of students’ final GCSE grade.

During this term students will study the environment. They will be able to exchange information about current problems facing the planet.

The main assessment task will be an end of year Reading and Listening exam.
