School Progress Booklet

School Progress Booklet 2011-12

Grainville School educates boys and girls from the age of 11 to 16. We welcome students of all abilities and backgrounds and through our programme of academic, vocational and personal education we inspire each of them to fulfil their potential and to achieve success no matter what their starting point may be.

Grainville sets the benchmark for Jersey in publishing details of performance. The School Progress Booklet (Detailed or Summary Edition) is the latest in a line of publications and processes aimed at sharing important information with our school community. These developments serve to improve communication and raise standards; allowing our school community to celebrate success and identify priorities to enable sustained school improvement

The School Progress Booklet is another tangible step in that policy of frank communication. It is our progress report. In it we give a full description of what Grainville School does for its students – how we are doing and what we could do better. The School Progress Booklet brings together into one an annual report, a wide range of different progress measures relating to the academic year 2011-12.
